Products

  • Shaft

    Shaft:

    Wide dimensioned, the housing of the bearings ground, it is realized in special 39NiCrMo3 steel for the sizes 180÷500 and in C45 hardened and tempered carbon steel for the sizes 71÷160.

  • Characteristics

    The principal characteristics of this series are the following ones:

    • Polygonal, entirely lamellar stator;
    • Excellent ratio power/weight, power/dimensions;
    • Elevated ratio torque/moment of inertia which, by the contribution of the lamellar magnetic circuit, ensures a quick dynamical response;
    • Low electromagnetic inertia which improves the commutating capacities in the current transients;
    • Rich availability of windings, which makes available, for every shaft height, various combinations of armature voltage and speed.
  • Brush-holder ring

    Brush-holder ring:

    composed of an insulating ring fixed to the N.D.E. shield on which the brush-holder columns are arranged. These ones may be mono-block or modular depending on the machine they are to be mounted in.

    The single drawers house constant pressure springs which are not affected by the brushes gradual wearing.

    At testing the position of the brush-holder ring is blocked and countermarked to allow proper reset in case of disassembly.
  • Collector

    Collector:

    Realized with blades of electrolytic copper drawn in resin, class “H”, or else by mechanic fixing with eventual bandages for high peripheric speeds.

    Insulation between the blades is obtained by (organic and inorganic) traction micanite.

    Rotors ducts welding of every frame is carried out by TIG method.

  • Motors

    Our motors are fit for working in every application where a precise adjustment of the speed is necessary. For instance for sheet processing machines, machines for paper processing, mills, ski-lifts and other applications.

  • Rotor

    Rotor:

    Consisting of silicium, low loss, laminations painted on both sides, interference keyed onto the shaft and of two press-pack rings; perfect couple transmission is then ensured even in the presence of sudden motion variations or inversions.

    The rotor is then balanced by an electronic precision balancing machine.
  • Shields

    Shields:

    The production of the shields is extremely careful and is being performed in automatic workstations extremely precise (71÷90) or on numerically controlled machines (frames 112÷500).

    The shields are made of cast iron, for the frames 71÷250 and of electrowelded steel for the frames 280÷500.

  • Stator

    Stator:

    The shaft height 71÷112 are two-poles with a rectangular section. The motors 132÷400 are four-poles with square section having poles inserted with bolts. The motors having shaft height 500, on the contrary are six-poles with polygonal section having poles inserted with bolts.

    The structure, consisting of magnetically highly permeable core laminations made of mild steel, is welded under elevated pressure and is realized with the maximum rigidity and indeformability.
